Analytics mode provides a range of dashboards intended to provide a graphical overlay of key aspects of an organization's assets status. An easy-to-view display provides information regarding the costs, expenses, and asset behavior of the assets.

Analytics mode includes two display views (Analytics Center and Dashboards List) which include the following:

  • System dashboards created by Galooli for your Immediate usage.

  • Dashboards that have been created by users themselves using the dashboard designer.

  • AI Based Analysis Dashboards.

  • Regular reports created and save by the users.

There are two ways to select the relevant dashboard:

In the Analytical Center, the dashboards are presented in a more graphic format, emphasizing their values.

Analytics Center provides a "Recent" section - a menu item that displays the user's most recent four reports/dashboards used - so finding what you are looking for will be much easier and more convenient.

Dashboards List is a more straightforward method of displaying the System Dashboards as well as self-created dashboards and reports by the user.

Organization Tree

Dashboard mode is directly related to the organizational tree displayed to the left of the dashboard display screen. You must select a dashboard that is compatible with the asset type whenever you click on a particular asset in the organizational tree. Therefore, when selecting a site unit, it is important to select a dashboard from the site dashboard category, and not a dashboard from a fleet dashboard category.

As soon as you have peeked at the relevant dashboard, you may switch between different units/groups/clusters, and the data in the dashboard will be updated immediately.

Time Range

Whenever a dashboard is selected, it will automatically be displayed on the last 7 days:

  • Summary Dashboard - 7 days prior to today.

  • Detailed Dashboard - 7 days from now.

  • Events Dashboard - 1 day from now.

  • Dashboard types and date ranges:

Add Filter

It is possible to filter all the fields that make up the original dashboard using the filter option. If you select the fields you want to filter, you can then select the values for those fields. In this way, the dashboard will be filtered based on the values you put in.

View Report

By clicking on the "View Report" button, users can determine which report the dashboard display is based on. The report will be executed on the branch of the organization tree selected by the user at than point.

Edit Dashboard

With Galooli, you can edit a system dashboard in order to use it and build new ones.

Upon selecting the edit action, the system will save the report you wish to edit in your Pro application as a favorite report, which is already visualized in the dashboard designer.

My Reports

This section contains favorite dashboards and reports that have been created by the user via the "Dashboard Designer” solution and the Pro application in general.

Upon selecting a dashboard and specifying a date range, the dashboard will display the relevant cards created by the user.
