Disconnected icon - appears if even one colo meter is disconnected.

Voltage - phases 1-3. Note that the number of lines is determined by the parameter Colo_Meter_X.AC_Meter. if true, 3 lines for voltage/current phases will be displayed, otherwise - only 1 line.
