This section provides comprehensive information about the network cameras integrated into our system. It includes detailed guidelines on camera setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. All the cameras integrated only with the Ultragate Gateway.

Hikvision

The connection process is identical for all three stretched cameras.
The only differences lie in the configuration steps specific to each camera system, as well as the address that must be entered in the Galooli Solution.

This document outlines the shared setup process applicable to all camera types and provides references to the dedicated configuration guides for each camera model as needed.
Both this document and the relevant camera-specific documents should be used in parallel.

Installation & Configuration

Power Connection

Connect the camera to a power source.

Device Configuration

Once the configuration of the required camera is complete, return to this document.

Power Center Configuration

  1. Open Power Center and connect to the Ultragate Gateway via OTA to start the configuration process.

  2. Click Read Configuration.

  3. If the connection is to ETH-0:

    1. Go to Configuration tab

    2. Click Network

    3. Click Edit Globals

    4. Under Network, set DHCP to Disable

    5. Click Apply

    If the connection is to ETH-1, this step is not required.

  1. Go to the Configuration tab and open the NAT Configuration section.

  2. Click Add Camera (this will add four default cameras).

  3. Configure the port as required (554) and set the camera IP address exactly as configured in the camera settings.

  4. After you applied the configurations, click on “Write Configuration” button and then “Reset”.

Galooli Solution Configuration

  1. Open the Galooli Solution >> Manager Applications >> My units >> Choose the relevant site >> Configuration tab >> Setups >> Camera X >> Enter the address according to the details of the relevant camera:

  • Connected to Router

  1. Save the changes.

Technical Notes

  • Video Delay: The video feed may be delayed by a few seconds compared to the live view, due to processing time.

  • Viewing Duration: Continuous video viewing is limited to 10 minutes per session.
