Alarm_Load_Drop

If Colo_Meter_X.I_L1+2+3 < 50% of Colo X Average Current then the alarm active

These alerts are activated when the site/tenant's consumption falls below 50% of the average for the previous seven days (the average is updated every night according to the summary report).

Where the tenants have relocated or used more than one meter per tenant, the average is calculated according to the tenant, not the power meter, so:

  • There should be no effect if a tenant relocated

  • The test does not take place at the meter level if there is more than one meter for the same tenant - all alerts will be calculated according to the "total amount" so all meters of the tenant will indicate the same status

Alarm Power Down

In layouts that will be defined as microgrids, the alarms will not be active. When there is no continuous consumption of current at a site, there is no need to alert that there is no load.

Alarm Load Down

Power

This is the direct reading of the power value from the Tenant DC meter, or a calculation based on the voltage, current and PF read from the Tenant DC meter.

PF L1-3 (Power Factor)

The Power Factor (PF) reading from the Tenant DC meter. The Power Factor will be filled with a default value of 0.95 if there is no power factor for the phase and no direct reading of power, voltage, and current (all three).
