How to Reset Password?

In case you forgot your password or would like to reset it to a new password, you can easily and independently take care of this issue via the password recovery/reset option that Galooli provides.

  1. Open the Galooli solution

  2. On the homepage click on the “Forgot/Reset Password” button

  3. Follow the steps to change your password

  4. You will receive an email containing instructions on how to change your password at the end of the process

Special comment:

  • Users who do not have a verified email will not be able to reset their password on their own and will have to verify their email based on the email verification process with Galooli support.

  • A previously used password cannot be used when renewing a password for any reason
