Basic Reports Creation Process

To create a report the user should follow the following steps:

  1. Select an organization/cluster/group/unit from the “Organization tree”

     

  2. Select the relevant report category from the following options. The category will affect the fields that you will be able to select in the next section

 

3. Choose all the relevant fields for your report

 

4. Set start and end dates, and choose the data aggregation if relevant

  • Aggregated - Shows in one row a summary of the entire selected period

  • Daily - Each row represents a day

  • Weekly - Each row represents a week

  • Monthly - Each row represents a month

Report Type

Max days for report execution - Limited

Max days for report execution - Extended

Asset

5. Run the report via the “View Report” button.
