Open the Web solution
On the homepage click on the “Forgot/Reset Password” button
Follow the steps to change your password
You will receive an email containing instructions on how to change your password at the end of the process

Users who do not have a verified email will not be able to reset their password on their own and will have to verify their email based on the email verification process with Galooli support.
