With the Galooli RTU gateway (Elara) and the "Cut Trough" procedure, it is possible to read and set various parameters from different devices that communicate using a variety of methods, including Modbus over RS485, SNMP over Ethernet, including rectifiers, smart batteries, generators, inverters, and charge controllers.

Gateways serve as a conduit between the cloud and the device.

What makes this process so unique?

The "Cut Trough" procedure allows you to read and set some parameters that are not visible in the Galooli platforms or that you believe to be incorrect.

Several of these parameters cannot be displayed in the Galooli platforms due to the way they are collected from the server.

Below you will find information on how to make the "Cut Trough" procedure with a variety of devices.
