Fuel calibration is required to translate the values from the fuel sensor to values that can be deciphered and understood by the user. The results of the fuel calibration should be entered in the fuel calibration fuel table.

2. Select the relevant tab according to the shape of the tank.
3. Fill in the administrative details:
4. Enter the tank measurements:
5. Fill the external tube with fuel and check the fuel sensor via the tube
6. Enter the tube measurements and data
a. “N Value of full tube” – Physically put the copper rod with the sensor into the tube and input the N value shown in the PowerCenter under the “level” field.
b. “N Value in open-air” (empty tank) – take out the mounted sensor, hold it vertically, and input the N value of open-air taken from the PowerCenter “level” field. If the Open-Air value is higher than 7 or lower than –7, re-calibrate the sensor or replace it.
7. In order to measure the current level of the fuel inside the tank, we will dip a stick inside, and measure the height of the fuel level through the mark on the stick:
a. Fuel level (stick) – place the stick into the tank and measure the fuel, then enter the value in the table.
b. N Value at installation point (at the effective point) – dip the fuel sensor, zip-tied to the copper rod, into the tank and extract the current N’ value in the PowerCenter “level” field, then enter the value in the table.
c. Fuel Contractor Tank Rate – The contractor should provide this info. If not enter the same value as Amount per cm (Tank Rate).
Once the table is ready use the values in Zon Max for the continuation of the process.
