The latest update of the Customer Portal includes features that reflect open dialogue with our customers and Galooli’s desire to facilitate and improve system usage.

  • My Units
    With the new version, one of the major features of the ZonMax solution today will also be available in Galooli's Web Solution. The solution allows editing of the “organizational tree” across the entire set of options:
    -Presentation of distribution by clusters and unit types
    -Clusters and groups creation and editing
    -Unit creation and editing
    -The ability to copy settings (formerly known as "Fleet Management" menu)

    As of this point, clusters, groups, and units can be created and edited in ZonMax, as well as in Web Solution.

  • System Performance Tuning Report

In accordance with Galooli's Quality and Information Security Management Policy, a new report is created in the "Audit” solution. This report will help you make the most of Galooli services productively and cost-effectively. Additionally, it will help you understand how you use your system and adjust it accordingly.

The report contains information about the arrangement of your connected assets within the organization, such as:

-Solution Availability

-Over Transmitting Units

-Notifications

-System Login

The report can only be generated by users who have “full” permission to access the audit solution. The default period for the information is the last 30 days.  

  • Allowed IP’s List
    To increase information security in the organization, a feature has been developed. This feature allows managers to define that the process of logging into Galooli systems must be carried out exclusively through the internal server of the organization. This is done This is done by specifying a list of IP numbers from which the system can only be accessed.


    There is the option of entering IP addresses one by one or locking a range of addresses. Ranges are defined with the addition of a mask that follows the IP address with a “/”.

  • Access and Security Permissions
    The Access and Security tab permissions have been updated. Users with "Edit" permissions can only remove users from the blacklist, whereas users with "Full" permissions can change all information, such as:
    -My password policy
    -Blacklist removal
    -Which Days Do You Work?
    -Allowed IPs

  • User Settings Button
    Currently, users can change their personal display settings directly from the settings button.

    The upcoming version will remove this mechanism, and unit changes will only be available through the “My Users” menu.

  • SDK Management Tool

As of the new version, the tool for managing the allowed IPs for the SDK has been removed, and it is now a normal setting in user management.

  • Forms Gate Advanced Search
    With the upcoming version, the Forms Gate tool will offer advanced filtering options across all forms.
    Completed forms can be filtered by date, name, status, and more.

  • Forms Gate Screen Layout
    There have been improvements made to several processes that can be performed using Forms Gate:
    -Form Approval
    -Form Cancelation
    -Form Changes view
    -Form PDF view

    It is now necessary to select the appropriate form from the list and then click on the appropriate action in order to perform the actions listed above

  • Cluster Search Box
    To make it easier to navigate and find the relevant clusters and groups, a search window has been added to the cluster search page in the upcoming version.

  • Organization Work Hours
    A new feature that allows the user to define the organization's working hours.
    Setting the work hours of the organization will affect the calculation of new summary reports:
    -Distance Travelled In Working Hours [KM] (Working category)
    -Distance Travelled Out Of Working Hours [KM] (Working category)
    -Overall Consumed In Working Hours [Liter] (Working - Fuel category)
    -Overall Consumed Out Of Working Hours [Liter] (Working - Fuel category)

  • Fleet Management
    In the upcoming version, the fleet management menu has been removed and replaced by a new tool called “My Units”. A detailed description of the new tool will be published in the near future.
