Open the ZONMAX or the SPACE'S software
On the homepage click on the “Forgot/Reset Password” button
3. Follow the steps of the password change process
4. At the end of the process you will receive an email that allows you to change your password

Users who do not have a verified email will not be able to reset their password on their own and will have to verify their email based on the email verification process with Galooli support
