The latest version update of the Customer Portal includes features that reflect open dialogue with our customers and Galooli’s desire to facilitate and improve system usage.

  • My Calibration, Assets, and Contacts Reports
    We are opening up the possibility to receive to the e-mail address registered in the system a report that contains a full list of the Calibration tables, Assets, Contacts, and Geofences of the organization. By using this feature, the organization will be able to manage data in a more organized manner in order to improve its overall view.


    In the reports, you will find the following information:

  • My calibration

  • My Assets

  • My Contacts

  • My Geofences

  • Customer Portal Renaming and Reordering Menus

With the upcoming version, the names of some menus in the Customer Portal have been rearranged in order to maintain consistency of logic between menus.

Accordingly, the names and order of the menus in the permissions setting menu (My Users) were changed.

  • Permission Management Changes

    (tick) Audit permissions - Different types of authorizations are available, from two options to four options. The new permission list is:

    “Disabled” - The user can not enter the Audit Trail
    “Read Only” - The user can enter the Audit Trail menu but can not see the "Usage Report" button. All users with "Enabled" permission to "Audit Trail" will get this permission.
    “Edit” - The user can enter the Audit Trail menu and use the "Usage Report" option
    “Full” - The user can enter the Audit Trail menu and use the "Usage Report" option

    (tick) NOC permissions have been re-arranged, and from now on only include the basic settings.

    “Disabled” - The user will not be able to access the NOC solution
    “Read Only” - The user will be able to access the NOC solution and fully view all the alerts. The configuration tab will show but the user will not be able to change any detail. the user will not be able to clear nonactive alarms.
    “Edit” - The user can open a ticket and clear non-active alarms
    “Full” - The user will be able to make changes through the configuration tab

(tick) Usage Report permission - Usage Report permission has been removed from the system

  • My Geofences Class Renaming
    The geofence classes list has been updated with three new classes: supermarket, shop, and warehouse.
    The “Standart” class will change the name to “undefined”.

  • My Geofences Creation Prosses
    With the next version, you will be able to locate a location on a map before creating a geofence by finding the exact address or writing the latitude and longitude. This feature will save and make the geofence more accurate.

  • My Versions Improvements
    The "My versions" solution has been improved and upgraded to make it work faster and easier.
    -A status column of the unit has been added (On/Off/Not Connected). When entering the solution or refreshing the page, the status will be updated.
    -The number of units that can be upgraded in a round of updates has been increased to 100.
