1. NOC Security Implementation
From now on, all NOC user permission is implemented over the Spaces environment - replacing the current ZonMax permission options.
User Type | Permission include |
|---|---|
View Only | Allows to view NOC events, Map View & System logs |
View & Edit Tickets | Similar to View Only with the added functionality to edit existing tickets |
Full permissions | Similar to View & Edit Tickets with the added functionality to access the Configuration Manager & Assignees Manager |

2. Display Theme Options
We have added two types of theme modes:
Station Mode - Lighter background coloring of main NOC view
Presentation Mode - Darker background coloring of main NOC view
You may change the modes, by clicking on the Gear button on the left-hand side menu
