Users may customize each report to include fields that are relevant to them. Selecting the appropriate category from the Report List “Create From Scratch” will change the available fields that can be selected to build the report.

The user may also remove fields from the report. Simply click the x symbol at the relevant field to remove it.

Selected Fields
Selected fields display all the fields which will be added to the report.

Hide Field - The user can hide one or more fields. By using this option, you can use a certain field to filter the report, but the field itself will not appear in the final report.

System Parameters list - By clicking on the following icon, you will be able to view the original name of the field in the "System Parameters" list.

Calculated Fields Icon - The following icon indicates that the field is a calculated field. The calculation field wizard can be accessed by clicking on the icon.

Detailed Info Bid Based Fields - Fields associated with info bids (analog/digital) are indicated in detailed reports. The system queries the server for the IO connections for each unit when building a detailed report.

Fields whose display name is changed by the above-mentioned mechanism will be displayed in a different font (italic) and will display the original field name in multitype when hovered over by the user.

View & Save Report - Running the report will reflect the changes. If the user leaves the report display or selects a different report, the changes to Selected Fields will reset and the user needs to repeat the steps above to add the fields.
If you want to save the new report for reuse you should add it to your favorite reports list by clicking on the next icon
