If you have any suspicion that you do not receive email messages from Galooli or your own provider then Removing an email address from a blacklist does not solve the source of the problem that caused that email address to be blacklisted. It is very likely that the blocked email address will continue to be blocked until an initiated action is taken, that will remove the address from the blacklist databases of the various email-sending services.
To understand why an email address continues to be blocked, contact your organization's IT department.

“Manager”, then “Access and Security", and finally “Blacklist Removal”. Enter the email address that you suspect was added to the blacklist.
If the email is found on our blacklist, then you can see the reason and remove the address from the blacklist. It is important to contact your IT department, for the purpose of understanding why the address goes to the blacklist in the first place.
An email address that has been blacklisted 10 times, can only be released by Galooli’s support team.
