X Axis

Includes "Arguments", "Top N", "Axis Options" in the same dropdown.

  • Arguments
    The

argument is the label of the slice in the Pie item:
  • The pie is divided according to the argument. The pie can contain more than one argument, and then each section will be a combination of the arguments.

  • Arguments can only show the top/bottom “N” results. “N” can be set by the user in the “Value” configuration tool.
    • chosen values are grouped by the field chosen as argument. Most often, a date field is used as an argument (to show the overtime trend).

    • Top N

      • Arguments can only show the top/bottom N results. N can be set by the user. In addition, an "others" option will be available - all the arguments which are not in the top

    N.As default, the "Top
      • N

" box will not be signed, so the options below it will be disabled

      • If more than one value was chosen, and the user selected "Top N", the value that will determine the top will be the value that was first selected by the user.

    • Axis Options -

      • Title -

allow the user to type a title to the axis. As default, the title will be empty

As default, the checkbox will be signed so the axis will appear as part of the graph.Y1

    Y1/2 Axis

Includes the sections: "Values", "Summary Type", Format Type", "Series Options", "Axis Options" in the same drop down.

    • Values - multi-choice of fields from the report - only numeric fields will be available. Each chosen value will be a different line/bar/area in the graph.

    • Summary Type - the aggregating mode of the values, which will be the same for all the selected values.

Default summary type will be Sum
    • Format type

for numbers: same for all values in the axis. the default for values will always be number, precision 0. The number will include a group separator (“1,222,333”). Other format options

      Number -

    show
    • Show the value as a number.

      Percent -

    multiply
    • Multiply the value by 100 and show as percent. example: if value is 0.8, show 80%.

      Currency –

    show
    • Show the value with

    $
    • the currency icon. example: if value is 0.8, show 0.8$

    Precision - for each

      Temperature

      Volume

      Weight

      Velocity

      Distance

      Pressure

      • The units of measure change according to the settings of each individual user in the My Users section

      • For each format type, the user can define precision - any number between 0-

    3. default will be 0
      • 10.

      • When the format type is selected, the value returned from the report mechanism is not converted. It is only the mark that is added.

Format types will not be validated by field types; that is, if a field is numeric, you can add any format type to it.

    • Series Options

      • Type

all values that are bonded to a specific axis
      • present the values according to the selected summary type. All values will have the same series type. The different types are:

        • Normal Bar

    - default choice for selected values. The bar presents the value of the selected values according to the summery type.
        • Full Stack Bar

        • Line

        • Area

      • Point labels -

    show
      • display labels with the values on the

bars/points (in case of area or lines)
      • graph.

      • Show For Zeros-

The "Show For Zeros" will be enabled only if the "Point Labels" is signed. As default (if the user signs the "Point Labels"), it will be false. If the user selects the "show for 0", labels will be also shown
      • If this option is selected, labels will also be displayed if the value is

    0
      • zero.

    • Axis Options -

      • Title -

allow the user to type a title to
      • The title of the axis.

As default, the title will be empty.
      • Show Axis -

    if not signed
      • If this option is selected, the axis

    itself
      • will

    not
      • be shown as part of the graph.

As default, the checkbox will be signed so the axis will appear as part of the graph
      • Auto Scale - This feature allows the Y-axis to begin at the lowest value in the graph, rather than always starting at 0, making it easier to identify trends. All types of series will support this feature, except “Full Stack Bar”, where values always range from 0-100%.

    Filter

    The

field that is bonded to the

“Filter” can be used to filter out

    elements

    records (rows from the

    chosen value

report the dashboard is based on), only for the specific data item

. As default, no filter will be defined

. The filter will have predefined options based on the chosen field type:

    • Numeric - equal to, not equal to, greater than, less than, between

    • Textual -

    equal to
    • contains, not

equal to, containsChart OptionsRotate - rotate the graph
    • contains, starts with, end with.

The conditions can be concatenated by And, Or functions

  • For example, L/H < 10 Or Generator KVA != 0.

  • Optional filters:

    • Days Before Today - In reference to the day the report is executed, if the value in the filter is zero, only results for that day will be displayed (from 00:00).

    • Days Before Report End - According to the range in which the report is conducted (for example, 1.10.2023 - 30.10.2023), if the filter value is zero, only the day before the final day (29.10.2023) will be displayed.

    • Days After Report Start - Considering the range in which the report is performed (1.10.2023 - 30.10.2023), if the value in the filter is zero, only the results for the first day (1.10.2023) from 00:00 to 23:59 will be displayed.
