  1. The AC meter's LEDs should be blinking and the power supply should be on.

  2. Check that RS485 A and RS485 B cables are connected correctly (RS485 A = pin 16, RS485 B = pin 15).

  3. Ensure the communication cables (RS-485) is in good condition and not broken or overly long (up to 15 meters).

  4. Make sure the baud rate of the meter is 19200 and the device ID is according to your wiring diagram.
