External Tank Measurement

1. Inspect the fuel tank for installation.

2. Measure the tank’s dimensions as follows and record all measurements in the calibration excel table:

Fuel Evaluation

1. Ensure the tank is clean and void of traces of dirt and sludge. Dirty tanks will impact the accuracy of the fuel sensor reading and might cause malfunctions in the sensor itself

42. Use the manual fuel pump to extract a fuel sample. Pour the sample into a separate transparent container. Inspect the fuel in the container to verify the fuel does not contain water or sludge, as this will affect the readings from the sensor.

Calibration Tube Preparation

The calibration tool is made up of:

• 1 meter of PVC 110

• 1 PVC cover for 110

The two parts need to be glued together with a special glue for PVC as follows:

1 meter of PVC 110 \ 90 mm
