My Favorite Reports
Users may save reports in the Favorites Reports “My Reports” section and then schedule them for easy accesstake a variety of helpful actions on those reports. When a report has been configured, click the Add to Favorites iconon “Save Report”.

My Schedule Reports
Reports can be scheduled for delivery by email on a daily, weekly, monthly, or other frequency bases.
To schedule a report, it must first be a favorite report. The “Schedule” icon can be used to create a schedule. Select the relevant report and then click on the calendar icon

This will open the Report Scheduling Wizard. At all times, the user can cancel the process by clicking "X".

Editing Scheduled Reports
Removing or editing scheduled reports can be performed from the Scheduled Reports wizard. To edit a report, click on the report from the list and then on the “Schedule” button. This will open the report wizard to make changes to the scheduling. Please note, this will only edit the scheduling of the report. To edit a report, create a new report and add it to the scheduling.
The scheduled report wizard allows you to deactivate a scheduled report.

Visual - Convert the report to a dashboard via the Galooli Dashboard Designer.
Scheduled - Make a schedule report via the Galooli schedule wizard.
Publish - Allowing users to share reports within the organization without the need to share the report via email.
Share - You can share a favorite report with different Galooli users via email.
Rename - The favorite report can be renamed and new comments can be added. The comments can be viewed in the Panorama application.
Delete - You can delete a favorite report.
