Ensure that only the Galooli users who should receive the results of the report are included in the email address list. Add the email address in the text box and click “Enter”.

The address list section has a limit of 20 e-mail addresses. If you wish to schedule the report to be sent to more than 20 email addresses, you have two options: Option 1 - It is possible toplease create a rule in your email platform that will forward the schedule report to other email addresses (Outlook/Gmail) Option 2 - It is possible to add multiple emails to the address list in one operation if your organization uses "FTP Services". The result is that you will not need to enter each email individually and you will be able to add more than 20 emails at one time. In order to make use of this feature provide the server address, username, and password of your “FTP Service” in the address list, in the following formats:

Availability and Limitations
The schedule dashboard and reports will only be sent to Galooli users' email addresses.

A dashboard/report attached to an email cannot exceed 7.5MB in size. Attached files that exceed the size limit will be attached as download link (directly from the cloud).
