  1. Make sure the positive wire is connected to pin 7 and the negative wire is connected to pin 8.

  2. Make sure the power supply is 12 volts DC.

  3. On the AC meter side, make sure the cable is not broken.

There is no indication on the Power Center that the AWL is functioning



Although AWL is working properly, there is no indication of that in the Power Center

The sections should be progressed according to the solution

  1. Make sure the AWL works with AC current (click here for AWL that work with DC current)

  2. Make sure the cable connection between Elara/Tray/Metal box and AWL is proper. Ensure that the cables are connected properly and that they are not torn

  3. The connections should be connected as described in the wiring diagram provided by Galooli

הזרם בפאוור לא תואם את המציאות. יש וולט אך המנורה לא דולקת

חיבור הסנסור לא תקין

  • The AC meter's LEDs should be blinking and the power supply should be on.

    • Check that RS485 A and RS485 B cables are connected correctly (RS485 A = pin 16, RS485 B = pin 15).





  • Ensure the communication cables (RS-485) is in good condition and not broken or overly long (up to 15 meters).

  • Make sure the baud rate of the meter is 19200 and the device ID is according to your wiring diagram.

    • Verify that Port 1 on the Elara is the “host”.

    There is no light coming from the AWL





    The AWL system is not receiving power

    The sections should be progressed according to the solution

    1. Make sure the power switch of the AWL is turned on

    2. During the light hours, cover the AWL light sensor to make the AWL turn on, and check if the AWL works properly.

    3. Check the AWL in the evening or at night

    4. The tower bulb or the entire AWL system needs to be replaced
