The latest version update of the NOC includes features that reflect an open dialogue with our customers and Galooli’s desire to facilitate and improve system usage. This article contains information about the main features
- The settings of the NOC solution permissions have been re-arranged, and from now on only include the basic settings.
“Disabled” - The user will not be able to access the NOC solution
“Read Only” - The user will be able to access the NOC solution and fully view all the alerts. The configuration tab will show but the user will not be able to change any detail. the user will not be able to clear nonactive alarms.
“Edit” - The user can open a ticket and clear non-active alarms
“Full” - The user will be able to make changes through the configuration tab
New NOC Alarms
Two new NOC alarms will be added to the NOC alarms list:
Environment - Fence Alarm: Active when fence intrusion detection alarm is active Generator - Battery low: At least one of the generator's battery voltage is low
