The passwords password expiration period is configured by the organization manager and is defined in the Customers Portal spaceManager solution.
During the week 7 days before the password expiresexpiration date, you will receive alerts that remind you to change your password.
When an you attempt to log in to ZON MAX or Spaces is made the Galooli solution after the password is has expired, you will see a popup that demands selecting pop-up asking you to select a new password.
