End of Sale Notice
The update will include the date of official end of sale of the product, typically 90 days prior to the last order date but not less than 2 weeks.

End of Sale Date
This is the last date to place orders for the product from Galooli. Upon this date, the product will no longer be available for purchase or trial.

End of Support Notice
The update will include the date of the last firmware version for the product (when relevant) and acceptance of faulty products out of warranty for RMA, typically 90 days prior to the end of support date but not less than 2 weeks.

Galooli will no longer provide affirmative support for this product (firmware and hardware). Support for hardware will be provided in accordance with the warranty policy.

End of Service Life Notice
The update will include the date for the removal of the support from the server side in the said product, typically 120 days prior to the end of support date but not less than 30 days.

Galooli will no longer provide any support for the product (firmware, hardware, and software) and units might be disconnected from the server and have to be replaced with supported models. Online platforms, features and services associated with the product will be deactivated.
