Option 2 - It is possible to add multiple emails to the address list in one operation if your organization uses "FTP Services". The result is that you will not need to enter each email individually and you will be able to add more than 20 emails at one time.

In order to make use of this feature provide the server address, username, and password of your “FTP Service” in the address list, in the following formats:

• In the case of an unsecured FTP server - ftp://{server}#|#{username}#|#{password}

• In the case of an secured FTP server - [sftp://{server}#|#{username}#|#{password}]
