Ensure that only the Galooli users who should receive the results of the report are included in the email address list. Users can add multiple email addresses. Add the email address in the text box and click “Enter”.

Note

The address list section has a limit of 20 e-mail addresses. If you wish to schedule the report to be sent to more than 20 email addresses, you have two options:

  • Option 1 - It is possible to create a rule in your email platform that will forward the schedule report to other email addresses (Outlook/Gmail)

  • Option 2 - It is possible to add multiple emails to the address list in one operation if your organization uses "FTP Services".

    In order to make use of this feature provide the server address, username, and password of your “FTP Service” in the address list, in the following formats:
