The Request

To determine whether the smart batteries meet the conditions of their warranty and whether certain batteries need to be replaced, your management requires you to send the following information on a regular basis:

  • A summary report that will show all the batteries whose state of charge is greater than 90%, indicating that they are overcharged.

  • A daily schedule report that will indicate which batteries are stored at a temperature above 45°C, which may result in damage to the batteries

  • A monthly schedule report which identifies which batteries state of health falls below 70%, indicating that they should be replaced.

The Solution

  1. Open the Galooli Pro Application.

  2. To display only batteries with a state of charge greater than 90%, you need to add a field summary fields to the summary report called "Site_Global.Battery _SOC" to the summary report.

...

  1. X SOC Max” (X depends on the number of batteries in the report).

Once this has been accomplished, create a calculated field between all of the batteries in order to determine their maximum state of charge and filter it so that only results greater than 90% are returned.
