There are two ways to activate/deactivate a SIM card. The first way is by entering a single SIM ID number (ICC).
The second way is by uploading a txt/CSV file with the SIM ID (ICC) numbers if there are multiple SIM cards.
Each way will be explained separately in the following section.

Log-in
Enter the M2M website and enter the “Email Address” and “Password” (depending on the company) and press “Login”.
Activate/Deactivate Single SIM Card
Click on the search icon >> Enter the SIM ID >> Submit
Verify that the SIM ID number you wish to use appears
Press on the ICC number and make sure that the color of the line became blue
Press the "Change State" option
Select “Activate” or “Deactivate”
Press "Proceed"
7. The SIM cards will be activated/deactivated 1 hour after performing the operation.
In order to speed up the process of activation or deactivation, please read the “Instant Activation of the SIM Cards” section down bellow.
Activate/Deactivate Multiple SIM Cards
Prepare a txt/CSV file using a specific format as follows. The document should always start with the capital letters "ICCID" then enter the SIM IDs one on each line. In the end, always finish the text with the capital letters "END". The same with the CSV. Save the file.
2. Click on the search icon >> Choose the file you prepared in the previous section >> Submit
3. When the notification appears, press "OK"
4. Make sure that all the correct SIM ID numbers appears in the list
5. Press the "Select All" button and then the "Change State"
6. Select “Activate” or “Deactivate” and then press "Proceed"
7. The SIM cards will be activated/deactivated 1 hour after performing the operation.

Instant Activation of the SIM Cards
Press the "Jobs" tab
Choose the relevant rows of the SIM cards you want to activate/deactivate or choose all the rows by constantly pressing the “Ctrl” button on the keyboard and clicking on the relevant rows.
Press the "Start Jobs" button
