Performing the ethernet port update process exactly as outlined in this document is important for the proper operation of the Elara gateway.
Make sure that the Elara version and IAP version are up to date.
Connect the Elara to the computer using serial or OTA connections, and open the Power Center. Find the "ELARA IP” in the configuration tab. Save or copy the IP.

found and then click on it. Go to the “Device” tab and click “Firmware Upgrade”.

6. After you click “OK” a new window will open up. First of all, make sure that the “Local IP Address” is the same as mentioned in paragraph 4, then you will need to choose the updated version of the Ethernet port (Contact Galooli Technical Support for an updated version file)and click “Program”. Make sure that the progress bar in the application gets to 100%.
